Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Teams is designed with your privacy in mind. This policy explains what information the app handles and — just as importantly — what it doesn't.

Information We Collect

Teams does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. The app has no analytics, no advertising identifiers, and no user accounts.

Data Storage

All data you enter — teams, fencer rosters, tournaments, match results, and settings — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share it (for example, using the Share button to export results as a PDF or CSV file, or importing a roster file you select yourself).

File Imports and Exports

When you import a team roster from a CSV, TSV, or Excel file, that file is read only from the location you select and is processed entirely on your device. When you export results, the generated file is handed to Apple's standard share sheet, which is under your control — Teams does not send this data anywhere on its own.

Third-Party Services

Teams does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Children's Privacy

Teams does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13, because it does not collect information at all.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the update will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
